1. Who we are

This site is operated by Khan Enterprises, trading as RoyalDuft Perfumes, registered at 403, Doodh Naka, Lane No. 7/58, Kalyan, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra 421301, India. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to this entity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that the delivery address is one you are entitled to use.

3. Products and description

We publish note pyramids, concentrations and longevity ranges in good faith. Fragrance behaves differently on different skin, and stated longevity is an honest estimate rather than a guarantee. Screen colour reproduction of bottles and packaging may vary.

Compositions are made in small batches. Minor batch-to-batch variation in natural raw materials is inherent to the product and is not a defect.

4. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST.
• We accept prepaid payments only, processed by Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not offered.
• We never receive or store your card details. Payment is completed on Razorpay’s infrastructure.
• An order is confirmed only when we receive verified payment confirmation from Razorpay — not when the payment screen closes.

5. Order acceptance and stock

Placing an order is an offer, not a concluded contract. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, where an item is out of stock, a price or description was published in error, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or resale activity.

6. Shipping

Fragrance is classified as dangerous goods and ships by surface only. Delivery estimates are estimates. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

Fragrance is a sealed hygiene product. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted; damaged, defective, incorrect and incomplete orders are always replaced or refunded. See our Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

9. Acceptable use

You may not resell our products commercially without written agreement, scrape or systematically extract content from this site, or interfere with its operation or security. We apply per-order quantity limits to discourage resale.

10. Intellectual property

The brand name, wordmark, product names, copy, and photography on this site are our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced commercially without written consent.

11. Safety and use

Fragrance is flammable and for external use only. Keep away from heat, flame, eyes and children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin. We publish note listings so that anyone with a known material allergy can check ingredients before purchase — if in doubt, ask us before ordering.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which cannot be excluded.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kalyan, Dist. Thane have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time you place your order.
